Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Azyro S.A. (“Azyro”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit this website, and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Luxembourg law.
1. Who we are
Azyro S.A.
5, rue Christophe Plantin · L-2339 Luxembourg
Email: healing@azyro.com
Azyro is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.
2. What data we collect
- Analytics data (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, statistical information about your visit — for example pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not store in GA4), and the source that led you to the site.
- Contact data (if you contact us). If you email us or submit a form, we process the information you choose to share (e.g. your name, email and message) in order to respond.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use this website to build advertising profiles.
3. Cookies we use
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We do not set any analytics or tracking cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner. The cookies used are:
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| azyro-consent | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again | Necessary (no consent required) | Stored locally, until cleared |
| _ga | Google Analytics — distinguishes visitors | Analytics (consent required) | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_E4L5Q2R4XN | Google Analytics — maintains session state | Analytics (consent required) | Up to 2 years |
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
4. Legal basis
We process analytics data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where we respond to your enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Third parties
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) processes the analytics data described above on our behalf. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the site's typography, which involves your browser contacting Google.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics (by default up to 14 months) and then automatically deleted or aggregated. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at healing@azyro.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) — cnpd.public.lu.
9. Managing your cookie choice
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page to accept or reject analytics cookies again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
